Everyday I seek after You
and I wait for your grace.
I know there is victory
in this battle I face.
Arrow after arrow I dodge
to escape the berrage.

You are my Victor, my Knight
that saves this heart of mine.

Crave

Do you ever think that you are alright in the state of salvation that you are in at this moment? I think that some people think that it is alright to have a stagnant salvation.

We are fine just where we are, everything is going great. But are we in a rut, lost in our own salvation? This is a question that has been running through my mind in the last couple of days.

Ever see the image in amovie where the person is standing still and everything is rushing by them. I believe that we are not meant to stand still in our salvation. We are to be constantly growing more and more.

1 Peter 2:2-3 says "Like newborn babies, crave spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation..." We need to grow in our salvation, grow in our love and devotion to Him.

Last couple weeks, I have been speaking of the desperation that we as Christians must have for Christ our Saviour. Deperation for Christ, for the lost, and our salvation which is only found in Christ Jesus.

We must crave! Are you craving today? Leave me a comment as to how you feel about anything that I have written.
